I was able to reserve the services of James through their website which was quite easy and user friendly. He arrived on-site about 15 minutes early and was very prepared to begin promptly. He performed a very thorough investigation of the home, answering my questions along the way. Upon completion of the inspection, he uploaded all of his pictures and entered all of his findings on his laptop while still on-site. They appeared to have a very good program they utilized for entering data that ensured they covered all areas required by NC standards. James completed the report and e-mailed it to me later that day and the report was quite thorough and well detailed. Their work product was extremely professional and James' great attitude and depth of knowledge were very assuring to this home buyer.
