The guys from Delta were great. Michael Gaier was the project manager who came out to give me an estimate and talk through the specifics of the job. Michael stayed in close contact with me throughout the process, and the technical crew executed the work efficiently and left the condo clean and livable for the tenant even though they had to work over two days' time. I would definitely hire them again.

We needed a replacement HVAC. After at least 4 other quotes and 3 in home assessments from other companies ( Not Counting The Ones That Never Even Called Back ), there was no doubt in choosing Delta Heating & Cooling. We actually cancelled the last in home quote we had scheduled, after meeting with Delta. Michael came to the house on Wednesday, and was very knowledgeable and detailed in explaining everything. Michael touched on many areas that the others missed. We received a very detailed quote the next day, that included a 10 year warranty on all parts and labor. They were below and comparable to all other quotes. Install was on Friday. That is a 2 day turn around! The Installers, Jacque and Kade were very thorough, friendly, and professional. They answered and explained any questions we had for them. They brought everything up to current code, including 2 new Carbon Monoxide detectors, that are also code now. Michael also stopped by during the install, to ensure our satisfaction, system operation, and to explain everything about the new HVAC system. Their inside team member, Kelly, was great at keeping us informed from start to finish, on everything. She was available for any questions that we had. County permits were also pulled and passed inspection the first time!! That is peace of mind for us, or any future home owner!! We highly recommend Delta Heating & Cooling and their team!

It was very detailed. I used to be a contractor, the terminology and ways they explained the process I was able to understand. I received 4 quotes and he had the best one price-wise. He took the extra time to explain the significance and the different grades so I could choose which one I wanted. He halfway broke down the benefit of it in the long run. He took time with the details which I appreciated because it put me at ease. The reason that I find that this was above and beyond is simply because he did not know the experience I had in my past during our conversation. He was talking to me as I was new to this and was able to answer all my detailed questions which is important for me as an individual.

They are absolutely the best heating and ac company I have worked with. When I purchased the unit they gave me a great price, they were honest and did not try to up-sell me. They are consciousness and very thorough, always on time, pleasant and they are a company I can trust.

Excellent service -- from first visit to after-installation contacts. They loaned me two portable air conditioners until they were able to install the heat pumps. Also had a better warranty than others -- 10 years parts and labor. I was extremely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.
