Scott started by scheduling an appointment to review my requirements at my house. He was on time and came prepared with questions. Scott uses architectural software to design and scope all of his projects. I really liked his approach to creating detailed drawings for three key reasons: 1. Scott will work directly with you to do the initial rough-out of your project during the appointment, and will fill in the details afterwards. The initial appointment for my project took roughly 20-25 minutes. 2. After our first appointment, Scott sent me detailed drawings of my project. The drawings were in 3D and included exact measurements. He also included images of soccer balls, basketballs and other objects that I intended to keep on the shelves to help me visualize the end product. I liked the drawings because they put me at ease that he knew exactly what I wanted. 3. Doing a detailed drawing allows Scott to accurately estimate the materials needed to complete my project, reducing the cost and speeding up time to completion. Scott completed the project ahead of schedule and promptly set a time to deliver and install in my garage. He showed up on time and quickly installed the shelves. Everything fit properly - there were no surprises. The end product matched the drawing. The craftsmanship was high quality, detailed and exact.

I contacted Skinny about my project and he was very responsive and came to my home to assess what my project entailed. He then emailed me a detailed estimate that included a 3D picture of what he would build for the hang boards. Once I accepted the quote we set a date for the project to begin. Skinny arrived on time and had all the necessary tools to complete the project. Skinny was very thorough and precise with his work. Skinny had to be creative and think outside of the box and I am grateful he is so talented and was able to come up with great solutions.
