+ -1 moreHe's very honest. He tells you exactly what the issues are with your idea, with what you would like, versus if you chose this over that. He's just always upfront with your case based on the problem or structure of your house. He's always on time and he's a very good communicator. His price is really good.
Description of Work: Davis and Associates are putting a deck with a pergola on top. They redid our house before because we have to get it ready for sale.
