He showed up on time in horrible weather, made a point to not wear his shoes in the house, snaked the drain eliminating standing tub water problem. He also showed me a part that was old (prior to removing it) and the metal had fatigued and snapped. He quickly replaced it at a very small additional charge. I have not had a plumbing problem since!
