The service was very good. They are very professional, friendly, good price and I like everything. about them. My daughter went with me and they listened to the two of us talk about the dog. They communicated very well.

She LOVES dogs. After living in the area for ten years and seeing four different vets, she is by far the most caring, compassionate, smart vet we have ever been to.

Our cat is doing much better over the last month. Our cat is getting older and seems to now need extra fluids through an IV about once every week or so, whenever any sign of not drinking and appetite falls off. Over time the frequency is increasing for our cat needing a boost in fluids through IV in order to avoid dehydration. Crossroads offered to train us in giving fluids to our cat to help defer time and cost. We took them up on this offer and we are now able to give fluids to our cat. We are so thankful.

They are easy to work with. They always explain the options. They don't try to sell you things that you don't need.

So Sandy xrayed her to see if she had arthritis. She is a great surgeon. My overall experices is an A.

The vet I use is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They are always willing to accommodate me.

have taken all my dogs to crossroads and would consider no other place unless it was necessary. Dr. Albright and staff are wonderful and caring with the animals. Dr. spends time talking to you about your pet and the needs they may have. When it was time to put down my American Eskimo it was kind and loving. The entire staff I have found to be great with animals and make you feel special. This is truly a special place to bring your animals. I have currently adopted another eskimo and when she was first brought into the office she was treated kindly and gently and made to feel at ease with her first trip to the vet's office. I will never consider any other place to care for my pet unless it is in an emergency situation and crossroads was not available to me. Dr. Albright is special.

They are friendly, thorough, very convenient for me. They board and provide grooming services which is great. I could drop off my pet during the day while I was at work and pick up later, very accomodating.

Overall, the experience was great. I've been using them for years. We were totally satisfied with everything; that's why we continue to use them. Their prices are very reasonable and competitive. I'm happy with their services and I would highly recommend them to others.

Very well. We have used Crossroads for Vet care and boarding for 12 yrs. for 4 different dogs. They are 1st class all the way.

My initial impression is good. So far, it has gone well. I would recommend them.

I usually take both of my dogs in for regular check-ups, but my last visit was for my injured dog. They took good care of him. They were helpful and it was easy to get an appointment. They send reminders when it is time for a check-up. I also get my dog food here.

We have been taking our cats there for a while now. They are great to deal with and are very good with all the cats. They have never had to stay overnight at the vets yet but if they did, we wouldn't have to worry. They are a little pricey but excellent service makes up for that.
