The owner of the company provided samples and advice. After the selection was made he measured the space for ordering purposes. His installers were professional, on time and did quality work.

Overal, meeting with Carlton Whitaker, the owner, was a pleasure. He was a great help with the carpet and padding selection chosen for our family room. His team that did the installation did a fantastic job. Our family room looks great and the carpet ifeels like walking on clouds. I would highly recommend Cover My Floors.

Carlton at Cover My Floors was recommended to us by Jodi Schavone (Decorcoach.com) and we were not disappointed. Carlton's store is small but chock full of carpet, cork, laminate, and hardwood selections. We took samples of the the other colors in our family room along with the room measurements. We described our needs and the problems we've experienced with our current carpet and Carlton showed us a large piece of remnant that he thought might work in our space. We held up our samples and loved it. It was perfect right off and fortunately the roll remnant was large enough to do our room. Since it was a remnant in stock, he gave us a great price on it too. Service was downright speedy. We went to Cover My Floors an hour before they closed on Friday and the carpet was fully installed by noon on Monday. The 3-man crew that came out was very professional and efficient. They took great care in the job they did and cleaned up spotlessly afterward. Whenever we need carpet for the rest of our home, we will look no further than Carlton at Cover My Floors. It was a great experience. Highly recommended.
