Chris Snover was our representative and was recommended by a close friend. Chris came out and met with myself and the insurance adjuster. He went on the roofer prior to the insurance adjuster coming to the house and he marked on the roof what needed fixing/replacing. That way, when the insurance guy came it was already marked and they went on the roof together. The result? The insurance agreed to pay for the entire roof replacement. We signed the contract, paid 1/2 up front and was able to schedule the exact day for the work to be completed. Work team came and was able to replace the entire roof in less than a day and Chris visited the site to ensure it was going smoothly. After work was completed, another person came by to clean and reduce the amount of metal debris. We paid the remaining balance and about a week later saw that one of the shingles was starting to buckle a little. I texted Chris and someone was out to fix it that week!

Construction went great. Their crew made a mistake and broke my spicket which water ran in my crawl space for 24hrs. However Covenant was quick to pay for any repairs and even my water bill. I would definitley reccomend them again.

Project went very well. Because the repairs included framing, roofing, soffit/fascia and gutters, three crews were involved. Each crew was skilled and very professional. From start to finish, the job was smooth and painless. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy with the result.

They are still working on it. They combined everything. We had damage from the snow. They are very punctual when they say they are going to be here they show up on time. They say that they are going to do something they do it. I would use them again.
