Silviano provided a quoted for his labor and a material list as I was planning to purchase the items needed ahead of time to save some time the day he started. On the planned day of construction, Silviano arrived early with two helpers and completed the entire deck by 2:30 on Saturday afternoon. His teamed cleaned up all of the scrap material and hauled it away after the project was completed. From his material list, only 2 boards were left over to return to Lowe's which was amazing. The Knightdale building inspector passed the project with the first inspection, I was very pleased with his service. Yes, I would hire his company again.
