"I'm sorry I wasn't able to make it on time. Sometimes weather, waiting on materials orders, or (more often) delays from the previous appointment put a wrench in my schedule. I try to get to everyone when things get backed up and keep everyone happy. It doesn't always work out perfectly in this business, but I always do my best to try to get it back on track!"
Great
Jeff went out of his way to ensure we completed our projects by the Fourth of July, as our family was coming. To do this, he came over on a Sunday and worked all day and into the evening. He was very responsive and went the extra mile, including installing additional shelving tracks in the garage for no extra cost.
I would highly recommend Jeff as someone who is knowledgeable, reliable and skillful. You won't be disappointed.
He sent many emails keeping us posted on progress getting the siding and when he was scheduled to start, it was raining. He emailed repeatedly until the weather cooperated. He was on time. The crew was very polite and knowledgeable. They put down drop cloths to protect the area below the gables and in the house where they needed to walk. Jeff was the only one who actually came into the house. The first day, before they left, they cleaned up everything, even sweeping floor that had a little insulation from the attic.
They asked if they could put some supplies in our garage and we said yes. They did so very neatly, taking up as little room as possible. They bought their own trash can so nothing was left for us to clean up. The next day they were prompt,considerate, and neat, just as the day before. We plan to use them again and our daughter will probably use them.
My son and husband thought the price was a little high but we haven't had any work done in many years and his estimate was much less than the other one we got.
