I interviewed 5 roofers, all with top ratings on Angie's List. One bid almost twice the other 4, and the others were within $1,000 of each other. Commercial Solutions (Specialty is flat roofs) price, professionalism and team of very, very hard diligent workers did a perfect job. From the bidding, planning around our wet spring : ( , taking care of the surroundings, clean-up...everything went as I had hoped. If you have a flat roof ("Its not will it leak, its when will it leak") this group is great. I won't have to use them again as I got a 15 year warranty on a flat roof which is 3 times longer than any of the other bidders. Many, may thanks to Neal Young and his team.
