 + -1 moreThey had been great for me for 20 years and this last experience in which they replaced a blower and heat pump was really disappointing. The equipment works great so there is that which I am happy for. But just prior to Comfort Creators installing my new unit I had spent $8,000 with another company to encapsulate and seal our crawlspace. After Comfort Creators left I noticed they left a very large gap in the brick where they installed a new exhaust pipe. I called and they said they would return to fix that. Never came back. Now I've discovered they cut a 2'x4' hole in my lining where they installed the new unit which completely unseals the conditioned space. Never asked me if they could do that and now I have to pay to have patched and repaired.
Description of Work: I replaced a 20 year old HVAC unit and blower.

 + -1 moreArrived on time. Took about an hour. Asked questions about system performance, age, etc. Gave some advice on heating zones. Cleaned up very well and the bill was as expected. Have used them in the past at previous residences in Cary. Nice folks. Reasonable service fees.
Description of Work: Cleaned and serviced our A/C service. Checked ductwork under the house.
