 + -1 moreExcellent service and support throughout the process. Christi Gurgis, our Mortgage Officer is readily available, thorough in hew work, timely, and a really nice person work with. There are many rates and programs to choose from and Coastal is very competitive. One particular point that I value is that Coastal does not sell their mortgages to a third party - they service the loan throughout its life. I highly recommend both Coastal Federal Credit Union and Christi Gurgis in particular.

Description of Work: I was looking for banking services and possible business banking. I don't think I qualified and would have to pay some sort of fee to join, an extra charge I did not have to pay elsewhere. They do have great hours.
