Excellent service and support throughout the process. Christi Gurgis, our Mortgage Officer is readily available, thorough in hew work, timely, and a really nice person work with. There are many rates and programs to choose from and Coastal is very competitive. One particular point that I value is that Coastal does not sell their mortgages to a third party - they service the loan throughout its life. I highly recommend both Coastal Federal Credit Union and Christi Gurgis in particular.

you talk to tellers by phone they are located elsewhere,At my local branch there are customer service people if you need hands on help or as in my case getting papers notarized

They have higher interest rates than the banking savings accounts and things like that. I would say that they are A across the board for me so far - nothing in particular, just in general a good banking system.
