Icemaker was failing and repair was done quickly and expertly. The fill valve had to be replaced and was ordered and repaired over about 72 hours. Not cheap, but good quality work. I will call them again if needed.

The C & M Appliance Repair team are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. As someone who knows very little in the way of appliance maintenance and repair, I really appreciated that Jarred walked me through everything that he was doing as he inspected and fixed my refrigerator. I learned so much about refrigerator mechanics in the short time that he worked. I will definitely use this company for any appliance repair needs I may have in the future!

C&M Appliance Repair was a referral from a extremely reputable appliance center in Raleigh (and Garner), and when I called to make an appointment, Abby was so kind to, first, walk me through a few troubleshooting tips. We discovered the possible cause of my issue and, thanks to Abby, I could have avoided a service call. However, it has been 8 years since we purchased our appliances new, so I decided it past time for a service check. At a very reasonable fee, Jerrod came by, on time, to check out my appliances. I am extremely pleased to have received exceptional customer service from the moment my call was answered through the service call. I will never call anyone else! #firstclassbusiness
