This past week my car wouldn't start and had to be towed. In no time David called with the problem (shorted out spark plugs ), and by that afternoon I had my car back. I trust them completely and will continue to go there for any car issues.

I had used City autoworks in the past and was pleased by their work. However out of curiousity when I knew my brakes most likely needed replacing I checked Angie's List to see if they were listed. I was pleased to see they were and to see their reviews were good. I had no way to leave the car while they did the work I went by the shop a d talked to Ross about that. He assured me that it could done in a reasonable time period and it was fine to bring a book and wait. That was of great comfort to me knowing I didnot have to try to get someone to pick me up while the work was done. I arrived as scheduled at 9:00 am, and my car was ready to go with new brake pads before 10:30. Ross kept me informed of the progress and he gave me the price almost right away so I would know beforehand what to expect. I was comfortable waiting, and I have no qualms that the quality of the work is great. I definitely recommend them.

My car overheated on the way to play softball on a Sunday afternoon. I had my car towed to City Autoworks because of a good recommendation from a teammate. They had my car repaired early Monday afternoon. Before the repairs were made I called Ford and City Autoworks was about $200 less for the same repair. City Autoworks does a great job and has a good labor rate. I have also used them for vehicle inspections and they do a great job.

City Autoworks is just fine. They don't always answer but their communication is fine. They changed our timing belt and they've done oil changes for us. We're getting ready to do break fluid today. They're very reasonable, much better than the dealership.
