I have an old safe with both a combination lock and a key lock. I never used the combination lock, but kept it taped down so it wouldn't lock accidentally. Unfortunately, in the course of two moves, it apparently got jostled and locked. Since I don't know the combination, I couldn't get into it. I called Citadel and Josh came out this morning. He worked for quite a long time trying to open it before telling me that he had to drill into it. He took the safe to his truck, so as not to make a mess in the house. Once done, he asked permission to come back inside - to say bye to my dogs! Needless to say, the dogs and I are all very happy with his professionalism, the work done, and the price.

Work was done in very good time -- could have been while I waited if I didn't work only 5 minutes away (I came back to pick up on my lunch hour). Lock works perfectly now. Price was very reasonable.

WE CHANGED OUR LOCK BECAUSE WE LOST ONE OF OUR KEYS. THEY GET THE JOB DONE FAST, AND ACT LIKE IT IS NO TROUBLE IF THEY ARE DOING ANYTHING ELSE. WE CHOSE THEM BECAUSE THEY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
