Description of Work: They NEVER replied to my interest. I regard this as a failure but don't like posting such negative comments. That's why I've procrastinated for so long before saying anything. Angie's List keeps pestering me for a response so I seem to have no choice but to reply.

She is very patient, doesn't rush you into anything, make sure that you are in her best interest, the customer first.
