I have called to request a quote three times now. The reviews I have seen online for the company are good, so I wanted to check them out. I called on July 12. The phone tree is a little confusing, but I made contact with a man who said I needed to speak to "Dallas," and that he would leave a message for him. No call back. I called again on July 31, and this time left a message in the general voice mail box asking for someone to contact me to provide a quote. No call back. I called again on August 7, and spoke to a woman who said I needed to call and speak to "Dallas." I called his line directly, and left a message. No call back. It's fine if the company does not want my business, but a call back would have been appreciated.
Description of Work: Quote to repair or replace my roof, paint my house, replace a couple of damaged windows, and repair exterior trim.
