Hired a pro to come out and paint the walls of my business (bar). This is booked for 4 hour increments. He proceeds to tell me the job requires at least 8 - 10 hours. That is fine. I booked you for 4 hours. He then refuses to paint, pretends to call Angi List in his car, and states he could not get through. I called, I got through in 1 minute, so obviously that was a lie. I spoke to customer support. They said pro are only ever booked in 4 hour increments for this work. If the job requires more, then I either have the option to pay per hour beyond 4 hours or schedule a second appointment. This pro obviously wanted me to pay him directly and gave some excuses to why he could not do what he was booked for, then walked off the job site. It was very unprofessional and put my business in a bind because we need this painted to open. He is using Angi to charge customers under the table. Would not recommend.

From my first phone call with castro to get more information, quotes, and scheduling on a tight timeline - to working with castro and his team in my home, my entire experience with them was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! I still can not believe they were able to get the entire house done in two days! Castroâ s painting is the ultimate professional painter. It all started with a professional consultation at no cost to discuss our specific needs. Then they provided professional guidance on the process and products that would give us the results we wanted. They showed up when they said they would. They prepared the job prior to painting as promised. They completed the job with priming, accurate color matching, and clean application of the finish coat. They were neat and left our property the way they found it. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended.

Castro & his team did two projects for me and my wife... The first project - kitchen cabinets were a major concern. They provided a consultant regarding selection of a paint color-- that was a big plus for me. The painters were very professional, well-organized and did two coats on cabinets that were about 20 years of age. The results were amazing. I noted a few areas that needed an additional touch-up.. and they returned the following week to take care of the items. I give them an A+ for their work. The second project involved a replacement of a skylight. I had another person replace the skylight, but there was a stained ceiling from the prior leaking of the skylight. They not only painted the ceiling...but handled some unexpected problems of water damage from the skylight area that impacted the surface. Again, they did it in an amazing short length of time and did an outstanding job! I would have them back again for future projects. I have had other painters, but they were the best of the many house painting groups I have had.

Castro did an amazing job installing a new remote control ceiling fan I had purchased. He also painted my living room and kitchen and they look lovely! High recommend!
