 + -1 moreThe treatment I received was in a word, atrocious. Phone calls were never returned, and the only times I was ever able to speak with Mr. Davis were when I refused to get off the phone until I spoke with him. Consistently, the answers I received were that there wasn't anything he could do to help me, it was always the warehouse or delivery's fault and he had no control of what happened. There has never been an apology from him, although some in the company have sympathized with my dilemma. Unfortunately, it is going on 6 months and I have an uncomfortable sofa that still needs repair, and I will have to take yet another day off work to have the technician work on it yet once more. I will never buy from this company again; the poor quality of the furniture and the even worse customer service is something beyond my worst nightmare. What I looked at in the showroom is definitely not what I received. DO NOT buy from this company!
Description of Work: They delivered the sofa, which fell as soon as I sat on it. One seat cushion was firm and the other very soft. Other pillows on the sofa varied in their firmness as well. Twice a technician came to "fix" the sofa, but was unable to do so and they returned the sofa to the warehouse for repair. For each delivery & pick-up, they could only give me a time frame of 10-4 and would not even tell me what number delivery I was. Consequently, I lost 3 days of work for delivery and 2 for the technician working on the sofa. The day they were to re-deliver the sofa they never showed up, never called, and never returned my call; the next day Mr. Davis (Customer Service mgr.) did call me (not to apologize), but to tell me "it looks like they didn't get your sofa yesterday, but they can come today." When it was re-delivered, the seat cushions were puckered and the back cushions were flat. Mr. Davis' comment to the delivery men: "Just leave it and drive away", and he refused to speak w/ me.

 + -1 moreI would not purchase anything from this company. The furniture we bought is fine, but the way we were treated was not. They shorted us on the fabric order and then were not good for it. We went there and they were a little hostile, defensive and definitely immature about handling the situation. I do not expect to spend that kind of money and get that kind of treatment.
Description of Work: We purchased a sofa sectional, 2 tables and some extra upholstery fabric that matched the sofa from this company and the also delivered the furniture to our home.
