Furniture - Sales
The treatment I received was in a word, atrocious. Phone calls were never returned, and the only times I was ever able to speak with Mr. Davis were when I refused to get off the phone until I spoke with him. Consistently, the answers I received were that there wasn't anything he could do to help me, it was always the warehouse or delivery's fault and he had no control of what happened. There has never been an apology from him, although some in the company have sympathized with my dilemma. Unfortunately, it is going on 6 months and I have an uncomfortable sofa that still needs repair, and I will have to take yet another day off work to have the technician work on it yet once more. I will never buy from this company again; the poor quality of the furniture and the even worse customer service is something beyond my worst nightmare. What I looked at in the showroom is definitely not what I received. DO NOT buy from this company!

Furniture - Sales
I would not purchase anything from this company. The furniture we bought is fine, but the way we were treated was not. They shorted us on the fabric order and then were not good for it. We went there and they were a little hostile, defensive and definitely immature about handling the situation. I do not expect to spend that kind of money and get that kind of treatment.
