I took them in on Tues a.m. before Christmas week, figuring that it was likely a busy time and the work might take awhile. I told them my daughter is coming in a few days and bringing a sewing project that we hoped to complete while she is here so if there was any way they could fix at least one of the machines, it would be great. I got a call the next day that both machines were repaired - so grateful! When I went to pick up, I remembered another problem with the stitch length on one of the machines, so they took the time to test while i was there. It hadn't been used in awhile so just needed to be lubricated and run awhile, which I was happy to do at home. Very pleased to have such good local service!

The bobbin wonder still does not work. I was told on the phone it worked fine. I was also told one price and charged significantly more. When I questioned them they said it was more because it was a computer machine. Would not t use again.

Very nice and knowledgeable gentleman greeted me as I entered his store. The store is stocked with all kinds of sewing machines and sewing accessories. He took my machine and said it would be ready in just three days. I was surprised! I was there on Friday and it was ready on Monday!!! Having put my machines in shops in other cities that I have lived, it usually took at least a week or more!!!!!! The machine had not been used in over 7 years and it works as if it were brand new!!!!!!

I visited the shop hoping to replace a part to my new sewing machine. The technician was very friendly and told me if I wanted the part ordered, it would be probably be about $50. However, was I aware that this kind of machine didn't require it? He showed me how to use my machine and then helped me get the machine back to my car (while I was holding my toddler). I will absolutely go back whenever I need any work! He could have easily just ordered the part with out going above and beyond. Honest, helpful and kind.
