The work performed was well done.  All the "dental work" , which had been showing dark splotches before was now looking like new as was the rest of the house.  He also cleaned my short walk from the driveway to the home.  He was courteous and told me why he had backed off doing too much to my front railing because the paint was peeling (I was aware that the railing needs attention-- another item on my to do list .)  He told me what adding the deck would cost and I decided against adding that.  He did give me a hint as to how I might attack it on my own.  All and all, a good experience.  I had been intending to check Angie's list for this service, but in this case, I had a good result despite not coming here first.  (seeing the work on the other home was a good clue.)
