I get there at the scheduled time and it takes a little longer to get in and get out. It may be a little bit of efficiency in the office, I don't know, it is hard to say.

Treatment went ok. The problem I have experienced with this practice is the turnover in my primary doctor. I have already had two doctors that were my primary doctor leave the practice. The second time my doctor left the practice, I never heard about from the practice. I learned about it when I had to make an appointment. Lastly, it can be difficult to get an appointment with them at a convenient time and location.

They are in Raleigh and in Cary. I go to both. My doctor is actually out of Raleigh but if I just need to go and maybe get lab work or pick something up, or if he's busy so I'm going to see somebody anyway, I go to the Cary office. They are just really polite and they call you up the next day to make sure every body is fine. They are online now if you send messages, the doctors read all the messages that night and respond to them. They are great. I've reccommended them to multiple people, they are fantastic. They always get us in the same day, always polite and wonderful. We have some chronic diseases in our family and he's eager to send us to the correct people or dealing with us himself.

They're pretty good for sports leg injury.

I decided to use them because of the reviews I saw, the number of reviews and the grade. I like their facility, it looks like a resort. It is incredible. They have a gym. It looks like a mall, it's just incredible.

Things went fine. After getting my results I adjusted my lifestyle and things got better quickly,.

They did a good job and gave me some exercises to help with the pain.

We were referred by CASL trainer - when I called they were able to schedule us right away . Good follow up on subsquent appts as well. Don't know if my mentioning the CASL referral got us in sooner, but was advised to do so when I called.

for those who want a short summary, here it is- the doctors at this practice are great. The problem, from my observation, is very poor office management, and apparently way too many patients to manage. This is not my first bad experience with this doctor's office, and it is always related to difficulty reaching them and follow-up communication. I have considered finding a new doctor due to other similar issues. Full details of this particular issue are below. My son was prescribed an antibiotic which was called into our preferred pharmacy, no problem. 5 days later (over the weekend), I found that my son had stopped taking his antibiotic after 3 days, and was starting to feel bad again. I called in on Monday, and tried calling several times during the day, but could not wait on hold long enough to reach a person. I tried again the next morning, and finally got hold of someone, explained the situation in detail, they seemed to be taking notes for the doctor. They were going to contact the doctor and get back to me with a decision- expecting him to call in a refill of the antibiotics. It was the next day before they called back, and they told me the doctor had additional questions, ALL of which had been already answered the previous day. I heard nothing back and called in on Wednesday morning, spoke to the same person, and was told the doctor OK'd refilling the prescription, and it was being faxed over to the pharmacy. Several hours later (on my lunch break), I went to the pharmacy, which was extremely busy. They had not received the prescription! I wasted my entire hour break for nothing. I called the doctor's office and had to leave a message this time, letting them know the prescription had not been received. I called the pharmacy several times, and even as of 8pm (they close at 9) they had not received the prescription. I called 1st thing the next day (now Thursday) and found they had received the prescription at 8:23pm the night before, and it would be ready when I got there. My son finally had his prescription in hand 4 days after I first called the doctor- ridiculous. I was so upset by this whole encounter, I decided to report the incident to the office manager. Of course, they did not answer, so I left them a voicemail, a short and polite message asking them to call me about an issue, and of course clearly stated my phone number. Over a week later, no one has called me back.

Great visit, looking forward to my 3 month check in. Has me motivated to lose the weight that I should. He is very aware of the latest blood tests that really measure my health. His pricing is also very reasonable. Insurance processing flawless.

We were seen fairly promptly (keep in mind I made the appointment earlier that morning) -- within 10 minutes of arrival. We saw a LPN instead of an MD which was fine for our needs. They were prompt and pleasant and we were out of the office within a half hour I would say. They electronically sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I had to call and request a different type of medicine (my son would not take the one prescribed due to taste) and that was handled promptly.

The visit went really well. Scheduling a new patient appointment usually means waiting weeks if not months but his nurse Liz was great and got me in the next week. I was able to complete all of my new patient paper work online which was nice because I hate having to rush through a clip board of papers while trying to remember all the details of my health history. I was even able to request medical records from my other doctors, all online! I arrived a little early and I waited a normal amount of time to get back to the room. The wait for the Dr. didn't seem particularly short or long. We discussed my health history and goals. It was pretty thorough and didn't feel rushed. I had a basic physical and was then sent to the lab for blood work. My blood work results came in the mail a few days later with a letter from the Dr. explaining them. The office is under renovation so I had some trouble with parking and it was a bit noisy at times. It would be nice to have a discharge paper with my vital signs and the Dr.'s instructions or have this info available on-line. Overall, everyone I met was friendly and professional.

They're follow up is amazing. Dr. Clarie is great. She sits and listens to you. She's smart and amazing. I'm so happy to find a doctor like this in North Carolina.

They are the best sports medecine doctors that I have ever seen. They are very knowledgeable and are exceptional doctors. They have great service. I have seen other doctors there that are exceptional as well.

It was good, but they could be a little more personable. We did want to see one doctor, but he wasn't taking patients so we had to see another doctor.

They are awesome. They are so fast, you can get appointments immediately. They take things seriously if you have any concerns. They have gotten us into their office in the same day. The fact they are such a huge practice and they can still offer such great customer service is incredible. They are the official sports doctors for the North Carolina Hurricanes. They are awesome and amazing. We see Dr. Gavankar and he is hilarious.

He is extremely knowledgeable and he is very good. I've been with him for 6 years now and I am very happy with them.

They are very professional and are great care providers. Their availability is excellent. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

Wonderful! I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Kristen Clarey (Cary office) to anyone looking for a doctor's office with its act together and a competent and friendly staff!

The appointment was extremely efficient which I was very happy about. They were worried that they were running out of flu shots, so, they were happy to get me in quickly. The only negative thing was that it took quite a while after I arrived there for my appointment for them to actually perform the shots. There was a bit of a delay.

I had to wait too long to receive substandard service. I'm looking for a new primary care group and hope that they have better client care than this one.

They have been very good. Anything that I am concerned about regarding my health or my medicine they take it seriously. They monitor everything I ask them to. My insurance covers most of the bills.
