Did everything that they promised and then some. Couldn't have gone better . Probably the best contractor experience we've ever had.

Mike came out for an emergency call first thing on a Saturday morning and replaced the motor and fan blade in my system along with topping off the refrigerant. Michael & Son had come out two months prior and done the same work but sired the motor incorrectly and it burnt out within 60 days of being installed at 7pm on a Friday. They said they couldnt help until after the weekend. I found Capitol City Heating & Air online and filled out their emergency form. Mike called that morning and was onsite within an hour. He did great work and backed it with a 1 years parts & labor warranty, where as you only get 30 days with Michael & Son. I 100% would recommend Mike and his company and would 100% warn against working with Michael & Son.

Called Mike when we discovered that the upstairs AC was not working. Although it was past business hours, he told us what he suspected the problem was and how to fix it for the night. It worked! He also came out promptly the next morning to make sure that everything was working correctly and serviced both units which had not been serviced in 3 years.

Mike at Capitol City is a reliable, mature HVAC businessman who does the work himself.  The job was done quickly and well, and his prices are fair.  Mike is accountable and friendly.   My electric bill dropped by 2/3 after this repair was done.  I had not known I had leaky ducts.  It was shocking to think of doing this big replacement, but worth it; Mike advised well and did great work.
