Outstanding. Most thorough, responsive, ethical representative I've ever worked with on a home loan financing, closing. Didn't oversell, was responsive--even on weekends, always had paperwork (estimates and final) in order, provided an very competitive rate and there were no surprises. Closing went smoothly and charges were as stated. There was absolutely no downside to working with someone one state away...location makes no difference in the electronic age. Actually had a better rate this way as well.
