Mark was knowledgeable and thorough in his desriptions of what was required to complete the requested mountings and installations.  He called me when he said he would and arrived at the appointment time and kept me up to date on his progress throughout the installation.  My wife and I are very happy with his work and the finished product was as good as he said he would be.
