I met one of their reps informally, and since that time she has gone out of her way to keep me informed on great rate deals, potential savings, sales on loans, etc. She has called me at home several times to make money-saving suggestions. This bank has served me extremely well, the tellers know their customers by name, and in general are a pleasure to deal with.
