The price at the store was not the price quoted over the phone. They charged me $50 for 10 minutes worth of work. They started work before telling me about the new cost.

The technician was very knowledgeable of the type of lock we have and even had replacement parts on his truck.  The cost for the repair was much more reasonable than another major locksmith I have used.

Very responsive and were able to start one hr earlier than planned.
The only complaint is the interior locking switch is 90 degrees offset from previous position.

After getting several quotes to re-key the locks on my new home. Busse's was by far the lowest so I went with them. Turned out it was a great decision. They were prompt, courteous, and the work was done perfectly. I even added extra services and the price was still lower than the other quotes I received. I would highly recommend.

I lost all of my keys. I went to the locksmith to find out what I could do. I was worried that I would have to replace all of the locks but they simply rekeyed them; they were very reasonable. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and they do exactly what they say they are going to do.

They are very inexpensive. They do a really good job and they do great quality work. I will use them again in the future.

I think their prices are a little too high, but their keys always fit. I would tell anyone to go to Busses to have a key made because they can make it work for you. I had one key that didn't fit and I returned it and they fixed it right with no problem at all.

We have used them for years. They are great. They are the only ones we will use. I know the work will be done right the first time.

I took my GMC Yukon XL to three places to have my ignition lock cylinder repaired. An Independent shop (advised they could not repair) but damaged it, GMC dealer cost was outrageous and another Locksmith advised there was no problem.Contacted Busses and spoke with Rick, he advised that he could not give a definite quote as they needed to look at it but he gave me a range. Took vehicle in and in less than 5 minutes ignition was working. Busses offered to redo the lock cylinder or I could leave it as is. Given that independent shop had damaged it I agreed to have it replaced. When I picked my vehicle up the next day, I wanted to hug the staff. My ignition works like it should and the issued caused by the independent shop was resolved as well.

Issue caused by independent shop that Busses fixed:
Vehicle would bing when door was opened indicating key was in ignition even though key was not. This was not only annoying but it prevented me from locking the vehicle doors. This issue was and quot;protectingand quot; me from locking my key inside even though I had the key in my hand.

They were very professional and knowledgeable.

Steve, our repairman was clearly very experienced. He noticed and repaired parts of the door hardware we did not even realize needed adjusting. He was also efficient, completing work on 7 doors at our house plus looking at the in-laws all in a very reasonable amount of time. He was also helpful inadvising us on what kind of locks to install.
They were on-time and actually able to come the same day we called. We will absolutely use Busse's again if we have a need.

Very well, I called they gave an estimate of the costs, they came when they said the would and the price was as quoted. I would use them again.

She was very quick. She was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. We provided the lock and paid her for the labor.

Couldn't ask for better service. They were prompt, and talked me out of unnecessary services I thought I needed (basically costing themselves $$$). I appreciated their ability to reason with me and not sell me something I didn't need!

I had called two locksmiths before Busse's. One locksmith actually hung up on me, the other told me the lock was too old to mess with. In contrast, Busse's was patient, and helpful, and re-keyed my lock the same day I called.

First of all, the person who scheduled the service was very helpful and answered my questions about lock brands. The locksmith who came was punctual, polite and pleasant. We're having a slight problem with one of the 10 locks and they have been very responsive and quick about fixing it. I would definitely recommend the company to others.
