The termite treatment was thorough and professional . I called to ask about an Angie's List and a Senior discount after the initial visit and treatment date were set up. I was told that my request would be answered but no one called me to discuss my query. I was charged the full price. Make sure you ask for an Angie's List or Senior discount on the initial visit or you will not receive one.

Very well. The workman arrived on time, and there was virtually no disruption to our day. We received a discount on the treatment because we are regular customers.

No problems after work was done (pest free).

Rick was professional, punctual and knowledgeable.  

Inspected and reassured us on some areas of concern and did a thorough inspection under the crawl space and around the exterior.  

Thankfully no issues were found and he had helpful suggestions along the way.  

I fully expected to pay him for his time and expertise though he was insistent on no charge for the inspection.  I will certainly use him in the future for any pest issues that arise and glad to have him on my team.

Rick was courteous and thorough. He explained everything he was looking for and everything he found clearly. I received the written report the following day. I will definitely use them if I ever need their services...which hopefully I won't :)

I like that they have low turn over. In the time I have been using them I have only had two technicians. They have always been efficient and friendly. They are professional. I find that after they spray I do not smell anything and it takes care of all the bugs. If I do have any problems in between sprays they will come out and take care of the issue for free.

Very willing to make arrangements for separate visits for inside and outside service.

Always punctual, asks questions and listens for where the problems are located and treats accordingly. Aware of pets and children and always confirms that they will be away or out of contact with treated areas until safe. Spends time identifying causes and treats specifically to the pests present.

I've been using them for a number of years. I've never had an issue. They show up periodically and are very professional. The communicate well and always contact me ahead of time.

They are on-time, do a good job and come back in between quarterly visits if you ask. They are a very professional service.

We spent nothing and it was totally a good deal. I convinced myself at that moment like a pregnant women hysteria that we had termites and they actually come out on a Saturday morning and reassured me that they were not termites. They told my husband that they were just flying ants and they told him to make sure that I was drinking lots of water and they wouldn't charge us anything and went away. People always charge and that too on a weekend and that should go on a review and like I don't want to damn them since not charging us. They were incredibly wonderful and they were professional since definitely one could tell like they knew what I was looking at was not termite which did make me feel kind of stupid but it was not their fault.

They are very thorough, relative to other companies, and with their $75 service will inspect the attic. I definitely plan on using them again in the future.

We usually have the same person come every time. They are always very pleasant, and I have a conversation with them. My last person has retired, and the new person is just as personable. They are just nice people. I have nothing to compare the price with. They are pretty reliable as far as professionalism and getting in here on time is concerned.

My neighbor recommended them to me. I am pretty satisfied.

Overall everything is great. They do what I hope they do. The annual inspection service is a great precaution because of their warranty.
