Moving
I reserved a 24ft truck and the day of the move they told me they did not have one. I scrambled several locations for one and they ended up giving me a 26ft truck for the price of a 24ft. They should have known that an advance. I had workers stood still for x amount an hour while I tried to find a truck. Professional enough to help me with it.
