hardwood floor
 + -1 moreBruce was supposed to come to my house to measure for hardwood floors. He contacted me about an hour before he was supposed to show up to let me know that he had to reschedule because his car had broken down. I said that it was not a problem and that he could contact me when he knew when he'd be able to come out. He never contacted me. I went with another installer for my hardwood floors.
Description of Work: Didn't show up for a scheduled appointment
