Since 1987, Craig Brown, owner and operator of Brown's Tree Service, has given prompt and courteous Tree Removal & Tree Trimming Service to thousands of Tree Service customers in the Raleigh area. Much care is taken to protect your home and landscaping from any disturbance. We have the experience and equipment necessary to handle jobs large and small. We are available for Emergency Tree Service day or night. Our estimates are given by our owner/operator Craig Brown who works on every jobsite to meet total customer satisfaction.

It was a 10 foot long branch. No big deal if you have the right tools, but I didn't. I was a return customer and Craig took excellent care of me again. He was only here for less than 15 minutes, but that's not the point. If you want to hire a professional who knows his business and a good guy, call Craig at Brown's Tree Service.

Mr. Brown came out the same day I called and arrived at the time he stated. He was friendly and polite. He asked to see which trees I needed removed and trimmed up and also the debris that needed removal. I had purchased the Big deal $700 for a $1000 and was happy that all I needed done was covered by the deal. I had been sure it would be more because of the size and situation of the largest tree. We decided on a day and time for them to complete the job, which was three days later.
He showed up with his crew and equipment promptly at approx. 7:30 a.m. on what turned out to be a very cold morning. Proficiently backed the good sized truck with a chipper on the back down my fairly long driveway without a problem. They set to work in a quick, efficient and professional manner, with Mr. Brown there assisting and supervising the whole time. While some of his crew worked on safely taking down the trees, the others worked on removing the pile of debris or trimming up the branches. When they were almost finished, Mr. Brown asked me if everything looked good and if there was anything else needed. I mentioned a large branch I noticed that was laying horizontally in some other trees further back in the yard from where the work was done. He had no problem going back there to cut it up and remove it. His crew set about cleaning up the lawn area and it looked better than before they came. I just mentioned that now all I have to do is get rid of the garbage (meaning the resin furniture). That's when he offered to take it in his truck and dispose of it at a landfill. I really appreciated that as I have wanted to get rid of it for a while, but wasn't quite sure how. This was above and beyond what they were there for.
His crew cleaned-up, removed all the debris, packed up their equipment and all was finished in less than an hour.
I would highly recommend Brown's Tree Service and will be calling them when I need tree service again. Thank you!
