They were very polite and nice. They explained to me that sometimes that the process will fade the curtain so they recommended that we clean them all at one time. I wasn't able to do all of them, but I was able to get two done so those would be the same shade. They went and took them for the cleaning and I picked them back up a few days later. It turned out that the two curtain panels came out different shades. One faded and one didn't. I clarified that they would be cleaned the same way with the regular cleaning process. I would think that if they were cleaned the same way that they would be the same color at the end.

They are very professional about the job. They are very friendly when I go in there to drop off the clothes. They always have them done when we need them.
