Went very well. They even straightened out a wall to wall carpet that needed pulling.

Team did a good job and I'm very pleased with the results.

This was a big project being done in conjunction with a kitchen model. Jeannie Salter and Mike Stone have the patience of angels, as it took me quite a while to decide on what flooring to choose (they have a large variety of quality brands to choose from). Once we decided to put Karndean luxury vinyl planks throughout our house, they took care of the rest. Since we were also having other things done with our kitchen remodel we need to wait and coordinate scheduling. They were in touch with us the entire time! Jeannie has been like a supportive friend since the very beginning. I even had a chance to speak to Stacey, their warehouse manager who was on top of it and could answer my questions. The installation team they assigned to our project were the pinnacle of excellence. Thank you Craig, Dana, Robbie and Lewis!! They knew exactly what to do and put in extra effort to level our floors. They worked on our house as if they would their own- covering everything, taking care moving heavy items and getting it to look perfect. They left sliders and cardboard under heavy items so that we wouldn't scratch our brand new floor moving our furniture and refrigerator back into place. It was the most stress-free part of our entire project! Plus they were pleasant to be around! We will be going to Brentwood for any future flooring needs and requesting this team.

The staff was great to work with. They guided and instructed my in my choices. The process was fun and easy for me, and the finished product is beautiful.

My experience with Holly Cole could not have gone better. She is an outstanding salesperson and is very knowledgeable about the different flooring options. She was very patient as I decided which carpet to pick and answered all of my questions particularly about finding the most environmentally friendly and chemical-free carpet. We have now had the Smartstrand carpet for 6 months and it has held up perfectly, we love it. While the price is high, Brentwood's prices seemed equal to or less than other businesses I checked.

I worked with Cheryl who came to the house to measure for the carpet I had selected. We had a health event happen and there was no problem having them hold the carpet until we were ready to have it installed. The workers were right on time and did a great installation job in our master bedroom/closet and a repair in another room. They are just a great company that we will use again.

They were very thorough they explained options, they were willing to work with me. They knew the carpeting was being done for the house to before putting on the market. So they knew there were could be cost considerations there so they worked with me as in terms with what I was comfortable with.

I talked with Cheryl Hendrick when ordering the carpet. She's a great person to deal with. I received a very good, competitive price on the carpet I chose. I could have had the carpet installed sooner than I actually wanted it, so scheduling was never an issue. The estimator and scheduler are top notch as well. The crew that installed the carpet were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The carpet looks great. My only disappointment was the number of marks left on the walls (not baseboards) from the installers. I complained about this and the owner, Matt, came over to my house immediately to look at the situation and apologize. He offered me fair compensation for the issues I had. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good carpet at a good price run by professionals who care about their customers' satisfaction.

Job went flawlessly. Contacted reps from the Cary location. Picked out carpet in the showroom and had an estimate within 48 hours. Very reasonably priced. They installers arrived within the next week and applied new carpet in all rooms in one day. They left all rooms with a very professional installation and it looks excellent.

We had the carpets replaced prior to listing our home so were trying to minimize costs and manage some scheduling challenges. Brentwood made it so easy! Matt, the sales rep, came out quickly after being contacted, brought his sample book, was extremely prompt for the appointment and was done measuring in less than 15 minutes. He allowed us to wait to schedule the install until immediately prior to listing and was extremely accommodating in scheduling, to the best of his ability. He tolerated a multitude of logistical questions from us prior to install (how long will they need in the house, what should we do to prep for the installation, how can we work around them best as two people who office from the home, etc.) The project lead, whose name I have forgotten (bob?), was there promptly with his team. They walked the house, coached me on the best approach for installation and, my favorite part, installed around/moved our furniture. They were extremely professional and some how managed to install 13 stairs without scratching my newly painted stairwell (poor scheduling of home fixes on our part). The project lead was also incredibly sweet to my toddler who was following them around asking all kinds of questions before she left for the day. They also finished earlier than anticipated. They made it so easy we are planning to have the carpet in our new home replaced, instead of stretched/repaired, by them!

We knew when we selected this house to buy that we would need to replace the carpeting...this was our first home purchase and we were juggling many moving parts and pieces that had to happen within budget and in a precise order between closing and moving in.  
Nicole from Brentwood assisted with our selection and came out to preform the measurements.  We are thrilled with the carpeting that has been installed in our home, it is super comfortable and was well suited to our needs. Installation was preformed on time and done very well especially considering we had just painted all of the walls (not the trim) finishing only 1-2 days before the carpeting. 
As we change out other flooring in our home (in the years ahead) we will be sure to call Brentwood Carpets & Flooring America!
FYI--carpets are in living room, staircase, upstairs hallway, bedrooms and closets.

It went very well. Furniture was removed, old carpet removed and pad. Area cleaned and pad and carpet put down,vacuumed and furniture set back up. Old carried away.

Outstanding job! I have been using Brentwood carpets since the early '90's. They are professional people who get the job done. They have actually made three rugs for me and I am going to have them recapped my stairs and upstairs hallway, as well as, make another new rug for family room.
I also used them for carpet in a townhouse.

They did a prompt estimate, and were very thorough and professional.  I got three estimates, and they beat one of the big home improvement stores and my warehouse membership store.  They provided a great product at the best price.  Their installers were AWESOME!
