I thought I was scrubbing off a piece of hardened food from the counter, but it was actually a small pit in the surface. I used a sponge with the green scratchy surface on one side. By the time I realized that the "food" was not coming off, I had ruined the shiny surface of the counter and made a dull spot. Brazeal Stone was sent to our house by our original home builder. Even though it was my fault, we were not charged for the repair. It took the technician over an hour to fill the pit and re-buff the surface back to its shiny state.
