I was happy with their service. Their rates are reasonable. They do an excellent job. They show up when they say they would. I would use them again in the future.

Their work was excellent. The price was reasonable for the work they did. They were good about showing up when they said they would.

Left message and received call back within 2 hours. After I described my problem, the electrician explained my options along with pros/cons. This was Wednesday. He explained that he was booked that week, but could get to me sometime the following week. He would call me when he had a firmer time and asked if it was ok to do it even if I was not home. The next Tuesday, I received a call saying that he was in the neighborhood and had completed the work. I was charged only the standard service. Everything looked very good - no mess. Good quality. Good value.

Thankfully, this is not something that I have had to fix very much, since I bought this house in the 1980's. In the last 20 years or so, I've replaced the ballasts about five times. They did a nice job and did not charge me too much extra for the labor.

There has been absolutely no problems with this company s part of the project. They had no setbacks. We met them when our house was completed. They were very polite and they answered al of our questions. We do not know the cost for their part of the project as we paid one complete price to the main builders.

All is I know is that I have not had a single solitary electrical problem with this house since it was built. That must tell you something good huh. I do vaguely recall the electrician; it is kind of hard to keep track of who is who around here with such a big job. He and his crew were nice fellows. I do not recall a price for this particular job, but the entire building was about $250000.

WE WERE STARTING TO HAVE LOTS OF PROBLEMS WITH THE WIRING BEFORE THEY SHOWED UP. THEY WENT THROUGH AND FOUND THE BAD WIRES AND HAD THEM REPLACED VERY QUICKLY.
