Very professional I have to say. Bost gave an estimate on the part and labor and suggested that a new one would be better. I also felt the cost of repair to be high and thus went with the decision of buying a new machine. Did have to pay Bost for coming and doing the diagnostics.

Mr. Bost is a total professional. He was prompt, friendly, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the repair. He even made a suggestion which saved me a hundred dollars. It is great to know in this day and age that there are repairmen like Mr. Bost out there. I would trust him with any appliance repair. You can count on great service and quality repairs when you call him.

We've used Danny Bost for appliance
repair since at least 2004 (he came recommended by South Saunders
Street Appliance when they closed). He is very hard-working and
knowledgeable about appliances, often suggesting possible causes of
problems which could be fixed without a visit. He is also good at
diagnosis and cost which has enabled us to make informed decisions
about whether or not repairs are cost-effective.

Water had been leaking from under the refrigerator, damaging the hardwood floor. Danny Bost found the drain lines were clogged and thoroughly flushed them out. He made certain everything was cleaned, wiped down, and in working order before putting the food back in the refrigerator. The agitator on the clothes washer wasn't functioning properly so he repaired it. He also checked out the automatic timer on the dryer and found it to be broken. I was most impressed with him wanting me to watch everything he did so I could do it myself if needed. (I am a 60 yo woman) He said unclogging the drain lines is a safe, easy fix he could teach me to do and I could save a service call if it happened again. Mr. Bost is also a very polite, personable man.

Such was the case last Monday.
When I described the problem with my refrigerator, he knew what the issue was. He then explained what I could do .
Problem solved.

He was wonderful. They came out quickly and got the job done in a timely manner. I will use them again in the future.

Mr. Bost came to work on our dishwasher which had started flooding our kitchen recently. A previous visit by a plumber had determined it was not a plumbing problem. Mr. Bost found the issue was the dishwasher pump was clogged with debris. He removed the debris and it works great now. I would definitely call Bost Appliance Repair again in the future if need be.

What we really like about Danny is that many times he is able to solve the problem over the phone free of charge. When he does need to stop out, he is able to make the repairs quickly and at a reasonable price. We highly recommend him to others.

He was on-time, worked on our washer, cleaned up and was on his way!

He's very dependable, honest (he doesn't seem to try to charge you for work that is not needed), and fair pricing. We live in Cary so he's gotten so busy that he's not able to make visits to our house any longer but the last time I called him (about a month ago), he was able to recommend someone for the Cary area that did a good job as well. I would definitely use Bost Appliances again if we were able, but since we're not, we'll use the company Danny recommended.

The repairman came within the allotted time window and was equipped with the part that needed to be replaced. He was courteous, professional and was in and out of my home in less than 30 minutes.

A technician came the day after I called. After he discovered the problem, he thoroughly explained my options even though he would make a profit only if I had the motor replaced. I have decided to replace the dishwasher. He gave me advice on brand names and the pros and cons of dealing with a big company or a small company. He also gave me advice on a problem I was having with my refrigerator. I would definitely use this company again.
