Property Appraisal
They arrived on time and performed what appeared to be a thorough inspection of the premises. They told us that most of the work happens after they leave. They gave us a expected timeline for when we can receive the appraisal. They missed the deadline by more than a week, putting us in a bind considering our due diligence period was ending. Later, when we had questions about the appraisal, they said that they were busy and needed time to reply. They still have not replied even when being asked and told that we were disappointed. I would never hire this company again. The appraisal rated the quality of the condition of our property to be "average" which was certainly not the case. The property was in poor condition, as evidenced by our inspectors (Birch had a copy of the inspection as well). I feel like this was a rush job and they simply can't keep up with demand, but they equally are not professional about how they handle their clients.
