John was so nice to work with - responded promptly to my inquiry, scheduled a visit for the next day, and responded within 24 hours with a photo of a suggested fence type (which was just what I was looking for) and then subsequent estimate.  He and his team showed up on time, completed the work within 2 days and made sure the area was clean before leaving.  I believe some of my neighbors are hiring him as well based on the nice work he did for us.

We found Big John's Fence Installers through Angies List.  Charnelle and Big John are excellent people to work with, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful.  
We were not sure about the type of fence that we wanted around our new fire pit. Big John and his crew came out for a consultation, and helped us decide on what worked best for our area. John provided a number of good suggestions that allowed us to use our space better, which included adding lighting along the posts, and a pass through gate to the other side of our property. John showed us pictures of other fences that he had installed to give us an idea of the different fence styles and layout. Within a short turn around, we received a written quote and confirmed a date for installation. Charnelle was available for our questions and concerns and returned calls promptly. 
Big John's crew were prompt, prepared and went straight to work. What a great group of workers! They completed the job in 2 days, installed a great fence around our fire pit and cleaned up the worksite when they were done.  We loved their work so much, we called and hired them to do another project for us.
We look forward to working with Big John and his crew again!

It went great and I would give them a five. The prices were about 20% cheaper than anybody else. One of my neighbors used them and they did a great job.

The fence is straight and strong and I am extremely pleased with it.

We called Big John's because they installed a neighbor's fence and we were impressed. I can't say enough about them. First, I got 3 other estimates, and they came in at 3700, 4150 and 5200 (yes 5200). We signed the agreement on a Thursday and it was installed on a Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning. They were surprisingly quick and cleaned up meticulously. The wood lookos of very high quality. They even surprised us and installed solar spot lights around the gate to set off the apppearance at night. We live on a hill with uneven grading and they had no problem with any of it.
