Betsy met with us and took an inventory on what we were looking for in our new home. Over the next 6 months we looked at over 100 homes. Betsy was fairly patient in showing so many homes. She tended to be very opinionated about certain builders and was quick to offer her opinion of the homes. She was very frank. She was very knowledgeable about Raleigh and the different neighborhoods. Occasionally I felt that I had to "make" her take me to a home even though she felt strongly that I wouldn't like it. Our price range kept creeping up- wards, and eventually we purchased a home that was 300k more than we had originally started looking to purchase. Betsy was very helpful in coordinating the services of the real estate attorneys and expediting the sale. After the sale, Fonville Morisey has a service that recommends service and contractors to homeowners.
