Upholstering
The upholstered chair has a skirt which looks pulled and buckled. The seams around the arms are wobbly. The workmanship is poor. The two pillows both have wobbly seams, the trim is applied unevenly, both pillows have gaps and bumps, and one pillow actually has three stains on it. When I complained they said they would re-work the pillows but I could not see any difference--the pillow still have lumps, bumps, and stains. The work was picked up in mid-November and was ready until mid-February. There were numerous unexplained delays, at one point they lost my fabric, and there were numerous unreturned phone calls. I can?t do business with them again.
