The work was ok and finished quickly....that was the only good part. Salesman number one's knowledge would not fill a thimble. Salesman number two was a fast talking hustler who would fill the air with words that had no structure, content or meaning. Salesman number three seemed to know more than the two, but was very hard to pin down a clear understanding. He said , and i have it in writing that that all we would have to pay is our two thousand dollar deductable plus whatever the insurance co would pay for the claim. We paid the deductable and gave all four checks from the insurance company. They took it all and after a few weeks they said we owe an additional 1200. We do not owe anything more than the deductable we paid and the insurance checks. Tried to talk to them, but none of the salesmen would speak to us. Got a letter today that they are putting a lein on our house Stay away from these crooks and find a real roofing company!

I wanted to waited before I posted a review so my roof would settle. I got my roof replaced about a year ago. I got my roof inspected and they found nails not in the right position exposed and the edge line were not straight and double shingled to try and munipulate the look. I was told that my roof would not pass inspection to today's regulations if I was to sale my house and the only way to fix the issue is to replace my roof again. You would I think the install ers or company would make sure the installation would meet the standards of today's inspection standards. Icomplained about the issue and no one from management game out just sales people and only thing they cared about was getting the money. I will not refer them to anyone.

Very well. Job was completed in two days. Yard was cleaned up.

Our homeowners insurance covered most of the cost.

Quickly: 2 days including replacing 4 pieces of plywood.

The work was absolutely fantastic and I would use them again the future. I would highly recommend to anyone considering roof work to call them for an estimate. Best Choice happened to be in the area and did an estimate for us. The roof we had was from 1992 and absolutely had to be replaced due the age of the roof as well as significant hail damage. Best Choice was very helpful in assisting us to submit the damage to our insurance company to have the roof redone.

Salesman was knowledgeable & efficient. The installation day was about 8 hours and the crew did a thorough clean-up at the end of the day.

We got a cold call and got an inspection of the roof with documentation needed by the insurance company. They replaced the roof on time and interfaced with the Insurance company, very well an efficiently.  Within a few weeks we had a leak on the roof by the  chimney and a  leak appeared on the bedroom ceiling.  Since then, we have being battling the same leak and location 3 times. 
Last time around two months ago, a crew was sent that we could not communicate at all with since NONE of them spoke any English. The problem got worse. 
We wrote to the headquarters of this company in Tennessee. They responded immediately telling us (by phone) that Mr Cooper would be contacting us immediately.  That was before Christmas. 
We still have not gotten a call. 
Our insurance company will not cover the expense. We have now contacted other companies to see what it will cost us to do so.

From salesman to installation, could not have been better. Great!

Took longer than expected due to heat.

William the salesperson was easy to work with & explained everything very well.  The roofing team did a great job tearing off old roof & installing new roof.  They arrived on time.
