Description of Work: I was trying to replace carpet in a recently purchased condo with a very similar colour. I was concerned about price, colour, stain resistance and ensuring that |the carpet met high environmental standards & did not "leak" chemical fumes. Bell's had a terrific sale that was pointed out to me...and all requirements were met. Installation was very professional and the carpet looks and feels great.

Description of Work: I wanted them to stretch carpet in 3 rooms. The owner (forgot his name) came at scheduled time and did a good job stretching the carpet. The price was reasonable and the work was done as expected. I would recommend them for any carpet repairs.

+ -1 moreWe got a good price on the carpet. We were pretty specific in what we wanted and feel that the salesman gave us good advice. Bell's had lots of samples and lots of carpet to look at. The carpet we bought has been just what we wanted. The installation was expert. There is a flaw in one place-- Bell's offered to redo a seam to fix the problem but we weren't sure that redoing a seam was a good idea in a high traffic area. It would have been helpful if the installers had noticed the problem before the job was finished. The installers did damage one wall-- Bell's had it fixed, with no problem.
Description of Work: We bought carpet to re-carpet our upstairs. Bell's sold us the carpet and installed it.

+ -1 moreI thought that this job turned out terrific. The people there were really helpful and really good. I appreciate the sales staff as well. The installation people did a wonderful job. I know that they have two big sales though. One on Labor Day and one on Memorial Day. They are very professional and they are worth hiring.

+ -1 moreThey have been family owned for years and I believe their work is excellent. They are competitive with larger retailers. I did not feel rushed while I was deciding what I wanted. I think they were very patient and gave great feedback when I asked for it. I have used this company before and had a good experience then as well.
Description of Work: I purchased carpet from them and they installed it. They moved my furniture, replaced the padding and laid new carpet in my 2700 square foot home.

+ -1 moreThey did a superb job. The carpet fits the room exactly and did not damage the hardwoods underneath. They came on time and cleaned up after they were done.
Description of Work: They cut carpet to size for an odd-shaped bedroom and bound it on site. The room has hardwood floors, so we wanted a room-size area rug and to keep the hardwoods undamaged.
