They were very professional. Communicated arrival time. Work was very good. Even fixed an additional problem. Matt did an excellent job.

Brain is simply amazing! We called him on a Monday with an URGENT need for the Jucuzzi in our master bathroom to be fixed and he came out at 8am on Tuesday. We called FOUR total people and Brain was the ONLY one to answer and understand our emergency with a WILLINGNESS to atleast take a look at out problem when nobody else would. He wasn't only helpful in responding quickly but he got the job done in the matter of an hour. He and his assist were amazing in explaining to us what occured and how he was going to fix it. We were along for the ride with him and it was phenominal, the professionalism that he showed is unmatched. I couldn't reccomend someone more highly than Bath Specalities. I will 100% be sharing his information around and will be coming back to him in the future if any need arises. THANK YOU so much for being an life saver.

This company was professional, courteous and prompt.  Replied same day to my initial inquiry, showed up on time to inspect  the problem and give me an estimate and was here promptly on day scheduled for the repair.  Did a neat and professional repair and left my bathroom in excellent condition.  Went the extra mile and took care of issues that he didn't have to do as part of the tub repair. 

Would highly recommend and would use again myself.

We had a nine year old fiber glass bath tub which already had several marks in it that developed a hole due to a manufacturing defect and since there were also some small cracks in our fiber glass shower stall we called Bath Specialties and left a voicemail to see if the tub and shower could be repaired.  In less than a day Brian called us back and scheduled a time to come and do the repair.  After a couple of hours of work he had all of the defects fixed with no sign of there ever having been a problem.

This company was a pleasure to work with. We needed the work done on very short order and they were able to accommodate our tight schedule. They showed up on time and were very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
