For your reading pleasure, I'll quickly recount just how bad it got:
* The contractor (Chris Conley of C Designs) lost my microwave and refrigerator on the highway
* Conley went ballistic and assaulted his crew members
* He ended up *back* in anger management rehab (yes, Mark had me hire his friend, a former felon without a contractor's license)
* Mark felt this was a good time to stop being the general contractor
* When I asked him what he was going to do, he emailed back (and I quote), "I don't know. How much have you paid him so far?"
* When I asked the broker in charge, Brian Barker, about compensation, he told me to try going to my homeowner's insurance
I'll leave it to you to decide whether you'd want to hire this company.
