Landscaping
Warren came to the house and started all the projects we discussed. Removed straw from under deck, partially spread rocks, removed screen door, removed all furnishing into the yard and cleaned deck. It rained the next day. Warren called to say he would come the next day. I reminded him all furnishings were in the yard and asked if you could come to secure. I have heard from Warren since. I've called, text and messaged him with no response. Warren a received partial payment. In good faith I paid half of the quoted price the day he was here. He abandoned the job and left me without a screen door and furniture in the yard.
