August Precision

The guys did a fantastic job cleaning the interior of the vehicle. The car had been thrown up in by a child and needed to have the interior done. They vacuumed and wiped down the interior then started to clean the carpet of the entire interior. They then washed the windows, detailed the interior with Armor All.

My husband contacted August Precision and chose the Beautiful Wash, the lowest level of the services they provide. They set up an appointment for the following day. They arrived promptly and were super-polite and efficient. They cleaned both cars in our driveway; the whole business took about two hours, and they did wonderful work. Cars are perfectly clean and smell great.

Marshall was very responsive to my inquiry through Angie's List. Scheduling the service was no problem and he worked with me on the time. He and two others worked on my car for 1 1/2 hrs....that's 4 1/2 hours of manpower! I was very pleased with the result.

The absolute best. 3 very professional and courteous gentlemen came to my home and were meticulous in the detail. Emailed my whole company to recommend them.

Called Marshall for a quote on my Toyota 4Runner. Showed up the following day and gave me a quote and I told him to fit me in ASAP. Later that day he called to say he had an opening and I took it. These guys did a great job on my SUV so I had them detail my parents cars a few days later as birthday presents. I will be calling these guys in 6 months or so for another cleaning and coat of wax.

These guys were great. Everything was done in good time and they were very thorough. I will use them again!

August's team did a great job. Very pleased with the nice job they did. One incident did arise. I noticed after the detail that the dashboard had 3 nicks on it...(perhaps someones watch banged the dashboard when they were cleaning the windows???? I have no idea....). In either case, I knew the marks were not there before the detail so I spoke with August and he felt his team did not create the nicks in the dashboard but he agreed to have the nicks fixed at his expense. He told me to hire somebody and get the job done and he would reimburse me. I am very pleased with the way he handled the situation. While clearly we did not agree, he nevertheless acted responsibly and handled the incident quite professionally. As a result, I will definitely bring my car into him again to be detailed. I am completely impressed with his professionalism....

August Precision did a great job detailing our mid-size SUV. Both the interior and exterior of car looked virtually new when they finished despite the car have over 60,000 miles and considerable use as a family of four vehicle. We were very, very pleased with the overall experience and the results. I'm looking forward to using them again the future.

I called Marshall that morning and he and his crew of 3 other men came that afternoon. They were right on time and 4 guys spent almost 2 hours detailing my car. It looks excellent and I am very pleased. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Brian and his team were great. He showed up on time at my home to provide an estimate. We made an appointment for the next day to do the work. My son recently returned his car to me when he moved to NY after four years of using it at college. To tell you the truth, the car interior was so dirty, I was worried that Brian might refuse the job. Brian and his team showed up on time and did a miraculous job. Every inch of the interior was cleaned, and it's almost like new. As agreed, they also did a normal had wash on the exterior and it also looks great. I would highly recommend August Precision ---- I intend to use them again for my other cars.

I had been trying to got someone to wash and wax our motorhome. Had bad luck with the first two Detailers I called in getting a solid quote. Additionally the responsiveness of the first two was poor and they did not give me confidence they were qualified to handle a motorhome. However, Marshall and his crew were what I was looking for. Responsive and Professional. After they finished the motorhome, I asked about washing and waxing our two SUVs. The quote was $65 each and they promised to arrive today, Saturday, and handle the two SUVs. They did and the SUVs look great. Marshall and his crew renewed my confidence in using Detailers for our RV and SUVs.

Four guys came and washed and vacuumed my car. They cleaned the wheels and windows. They did a very good job and it was worth every penny.

Marshall was great to work with. Great communication (returned phone call within an hour and was in contact the day of to let me know he was still on schedule), professional, arrived on time, very reasonably priced, and the finished product was far better than my expectations. This was my first time using Marshall's service and I plan to have him come back shortly to detail my wife's car.

They come out for an estimate within 1 day, but it was raining so they couldn't do the work that day. We rescheduled for the next week and they were right on time and easy to contact. They came, they cleaned and detailed better than we expected. They were professional and pleasant, and they charged very sensibly. I would highly recommend.

Marshall was great to work with to schedule the appointment and he showed up promptly in the time frame he quoted me. Worked quickly with extremely good attention to detail, cleaned up my car from all the snow and salt we've had over the past few weeks. I make it a point to take good care of my vehicles and typically try to do so myself - from the other reviews and my experience with August Precision, I will trust Marshall to do so for me as I don't have as much time anymore to do so myself. Marshall and his team of three arrived and began washing and detailing the car. That includes a thorough cleaning of the inside of the car including washing the front and back mats then cleaning the carpet underneath. The outside was also pristine. The cars had not looked so good since the day we bought them. It took approximately two hours for both cars. We were very pleased.

I sent an email requesting the service and asking a few questions. I received a punctual response and we scheduled the service. The guys showed up right on time and told me it would take about an hour, it only took 40 minutes and the car looks great. No hidden fees, no games, just good, honest work. Great Job.
