Ginger Porter was our salesperson. We have had spas previously from another competitor. Ginger was extremely knowledgeable--able to provide the pros and cons of each brand and model. She guided us to the spa for our needs. The delivery and installation was flawless. Note: Ginger provided a list of possible electricians. They (and competitors) do not handle the electrical hookup or permitting. Again, these people was outstanding.

We purchased a Hot Springs spa from Atlantic Spa. They installed it in August 2017. Our old spa was sunk down in the deck, so they need to take the old one out and fit the new one in. It was a hard process and they did a wonderful job. All the people at Atlantic are wonderful to deal with (sales, installation and service). We love our Hot Springs Spa. I also recommend the upgrade for the Salt Water system. We have had the spa almost a year now and have not had to drain and clean it yet. You cannot go wrong buying a spa from Atlantic Spa. Prompt service and professional installation.

I only say yes as they are the only show in town for the brand hot-tub I need repaired. Their appointments people are horrible on follow-up and require repeated calls to get scheduled. Once the service guy arrives, he is fine but their administrative organization leaves a lot to be desired

Everything was perfect from beginning to end.  Very responsive throughout and prices were very reasonable.  Accomodated last minute changes as well.

Andy, Called and let me know when he
would be out to service the pump. He removed his shoes even though I said he
didn't have to. I went to the tub and checked it out to make sure I needed a
new pump, which I did. The access to the pump is 19and quot; x 15and quot; and had to
be accessed from the water closet. Needless to say a tight fit. He completed
the job in less than 20 minutes. He didn't make a mess and cleaned up the area
anyway. He explained what he did and how to service the Whirlpool bath. GREAT
JOB Andy.

It went great ! Excellent service.

Very professional and right on time.

Color match was difficult, but the service was great. When I needed to change colors, someone promptly brought the correct color to us as soon as possible. The employees were professional, helpful, and experienced.

They had the best quality pool tables; it was not the cheapest thing but it was what I was looking for. They had a large selection to choose from. I recommend them; my driveway is very steep and they sent three gentlemen that brought the pool table in and set it up in my house. They did wonderful work and were clean. Now that I am selling the house they also have a service where they can take the pool table apart, store it until I am ready to find a new house and reassemble it again.

They seemed to be very professional about it. They took a fair amount of time to set the table up.

Andy did a wonderful job! He was prompt, very through and neat. He found the leak fixed it made a huge mess, which one does working on tubs all that insulation etc. I have dogs and was concerned about the insulation. Andy cleaned the place up as if no one had even been there. I was very pleased and the tub works beautifully. Oh, he even noticed something wrong with the lid and fixed that too.

Service manager is very knowledgeable and really nice.
They always try to give you the best service for your money.
Follows through well...whatever he says he's going to do or order for you, he does it.

Excellent. I bought from these folks because they seemed to have the best product. I will stay with these folks forever because their service is even better than their products.

I have a 14 year old spa that was leaking water. Duane gave me an estimate on the first trip and went above and beyond the call of duty on subsequent trips to fix the crack in the wall of the spa.
