showed up on time; this was new construction, service personell put on shoe covers; worked hard and smart. When it came time for me to enter anything, they told me that they were going to turn around and then told me to proceed--just a little more of their professionalism.
They walked me through the keypad; internet features (set/disarm from a remote location, etc. In all, i could not have been more pleased!!

The initial visit with the salesman (Cormac) couldn't have been better. He addressed all our security concerns and advised on the best equipment to purchase.
Cormac was on time when we were running behind and even offered to come back when we were available.
He took all the time to show us how the equipment worked and answered all our questions.
He then set up a technician to come and do the actual installs.
After install was complete and we did not receive a piece of equipment, Cormac ensured it was already programed and delivered to our house.
ASG also had a team follow up and ensure everything was working correctly. When we had additional questions a technican was sent to address all further issues.
