Our experience with Artelye was a good one. Their website (countertops raleigh) isn't the best, but once we started speaking with Janet we got the information we were looking for. She wasvery friendly and professional.
They had a good selection of granites and kitchen fixtures right there on site!
The only two issues we had were:
1.) They did not warn us that with lighter marbles we'd have to seal the countertops again several times ourselves to make them watertight. This was not overly difficult or expensive, but it was time-consuming and unexpected.
2.) The installers did a great job working around a few unexpected issues, but then rushed the final caulking, leaving a line of extra white caulk on our wall above the backsplash. We had to repaint.
Overall a good experience and we'd use them again, but expect a little imprecision.
